Big Moxi Games is expanding its technical art team to drive the development of external projects in collaboration with a major global publisher. We are looking for talented tech artists who bring a wealth of experience and a passion for crafting exceptional games.

<h3>Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Work with the art and engineering teams to implement in-game animations and systems.</li><li>Develop, maintain and document animation systems and pipelines.</li><li>Assist the team in planning animation work.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Advanced Expertise in Unreal Engine Animation Systems:</li></ul>Deep understanding and extensive hands-on experience with Unreal Engine’s animation systems, including Animation Blueprint Layers, Animation Multi-threading, and specific enhancements in Unreal Engine 5. The candidate should be proficient in creating complex animation systems that are both optimized and scalable.<ul><li>Technical Animation Proficiency:</li></ul>Proven practical experience in technical animation, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve sophisticated animation challenges. TECH ARTIST

Big Moxi Games is scaling its programmer team to support the development of internal and external projects with a large global publisher. We are seeking passionate programmers with 2+ years of experience on Unreal Engine (blueprints and C++) to join us in creating awesome games for PC and consoles.

<h3>Responsabilities:</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to develop, debug, and maintain game systems using Unreal Engine 5.</li><li>Partner with engineers at multiple levels and the networking team to ensure large-scale performance optimization.</li><li>Create and document complex systems clearly, including technical design documents and code references.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 2+ years of experience in multiplayer game development, preferably with Unreal Engine.</li><li>Strong proficiency in C++.</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Perforce.</li><li>Positive, collaborative, and self-motivated attitude, effective in team environments.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex processes.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across different disciplines including design, art, and production.</li></ul><h3>Pluses:</h3><ul><li>Experience in AAA game development.</li><li>Experience with the Gameplay Ability System (GAS).</li><li>A portfolio showcasing attention to detail and high-quality, maintainable code.</li><li>Experience in profiling and optimizing applications for bandwidth and CPU usage.</li><li>Proven ability and willingness to mentor other engineers.</li></ul>

UNREAL PROGRAMMMER

Big Moxi Games is scaling its team to support the development of AAA MMO with a large global publisher. We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced World Builder / Level Artist with skills such as assembling game scenes to join us in creating awesome games for PC and consoles.

<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>As a level artist your main job will be to “dress the level” designed by the level designers (Greybox), placing props and lighting to create amazing compositions;</li><li>Designing, modeling, and texturing props and environment art;</li><li>Asset briefing, prototyping and final propping of in-game scenes with a focus on mood and environmental storytelling.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Experience with UE4;</li><li>Good understanding of light, composition;</li><li>Good knowledge of gameplay and level design;</li><li>Good knowledge of Maya and or Blender;</li><li>Good experience in modeling, texture, lighting;</li><li>Knowledge of optimization techniques.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>On-site only</li><li>Candidates with more than 5 years of experience with game art will be considered for a higher salary range based on experience and abilities.</li><li>Relocation assistance is offered.</li></ul>

ENVIRONMENT ARTIST

Big Moxi Games is scaling its art team to support the development of AAA MMOG with a large global publisher. We are seeking level designers with 2+ years of experience to join us in creating awesome games for PC and consoles.

<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Development of design documentation for level progression (flow), level layouts, and 3D block-outs for in-engine playtesting;</li><li>Bring new ideas to the table in regards to every facet of the game; mechanics, story, missions, and more;</li><li>Work closely with the artists and programmers to take ideas from conception to implementation;</li></ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of Landscapes and Heightmaps using Unreal Engine 4;</li><li>3D game level building experience;</li><li>Ability to take direction and accept critical review of your work;</li><li>Clear understanding and appreciation of schedules and milestones;</li><li>Ability to create fun and exciting gameplay using a complex array of mechanics;</li><li>Strong understanding of aesthetics as it relates to level layout and presentation;</li><li>Passion for and broad knowledge of console games with ability to critically analyze user experience;</li><li>Ability to communicate in English.</li></ul><h3>Pluses</h3><ul><li>Experience with World Creator 2, Maya and/or 3D Studio Max.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Working remotely is an option;</li><li>Relocation assistance is offered.</li></ul>

Big Moxi Games is hiring a Mid/Senior Material Artist to help in the development of AAA games with a global reach. We are looking for professionals with at least 3 years of experience to join us in creating amazing games for PC and consoles.
