IT SUPPORT
At Big Moxi, we’re passionate about creating innovative and engaging digital games. Our studio thrives on creativity, collaboration, and the drive to push the boundaries of gaming. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an IT Support to join our team and provide support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
Review and preventive maintenance of equipment;
Periodic cleaning of devices (internally and externally);
Basic technical support for employees;
Support in organizing local infrastructure;
Inventory control;
Collaboration with the IT team on specific demands.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Reside in Porto Alegre (preferably close to the company);
Availability to work 100% in person;
Knowledge of hardware and software maintenance and technical support;
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux);
Have worked in technical support or infrastructure areas.
Nice To Have:
Notions of inventory control/logistics
Experience with inventory tools or IT asset management
Intermediate English
